The Tuckahoe neighborhood in Duck, NC is an ocean to sound community with eighty four (84) single family lots.

The amenities in this subdivision include a soundside swimming pool (25'x40') and tennis court, which are across the street from each other and only a short 150 yards from the beach house. 

The oceanside has a wooden walkway to the beach and the soundside has a long wooden pier with a covered gazebo, creating a perfect spot to view the spectacular sunset over the Currituck Sound.
